4. BLOOD AND FLESH They are waiting…
Waiting for me to arrive
They were waiting… The womb is getting flooded
Waiting for my arrival By the tears of my mother
On this beautiful planet earth Which she could not express to them
I was now waiting…
In the womb of mother Waiting for uncertainty…
I heard them
Talking about celebration Why didn’t they slay my mother?
She was too of my gender
I felt the touch of mother Perhaps because
I heard her songs for me she is a useful creature to them
I felt the warmth of clothe
She knitted for me all of a sudden
I too was waiting to see her Something pierced the womb
Scattered me into pieces
But now I hear… Of blood and flesh
I hear them wrangling
Discussing something filthy They could not wait
They have come to make out Even for my arrival
I’m of the gender of my mother Only the mother feels
They are displeased to this I could not arrive.
And now…
