• If you are pregnant
• If you have any
health limitations
• If you are injured
• If you are under the
influence of drugs
or alcohol
4. Before jumping
please:
• Empty your pockets and take
off your shoes
• Remove glasses, hard and
sharp objects, and all jewelry
from your body
• Also, belt buckles, clothing
studs, keys, key-chains, and
sharp objects on apparel do
not go well with trampolines
• Leave any food or drink
outside of the court
5. When on court
Please refrain from:
Lying down or sitting on
trampolines
Climbing or grabbing the
padding, walls or nets
Racing or rough-housing
Jump or land on padding
Attempting tricks over the
padding
Double bouncing or “stealing”
someone's bounce
Be aware that:
You should always land on two
feet when jumping
All jumpers must wear a
wristband with the appropriate
color
If you are attempting tricks,
you must be on your own
trampoline with no one else
around you
Adults may not hold or carry
children
6. Rules of Dodgeball
• Stay on your team’s side of the
court
• This is not soccer, please don’t
kick the ball
• If you hit someone in the head,
you are out
• If you catch a ball another player
throws at you, they are out and
one of your teammates can
rejoin the game
• Listen to the referee
7. Trick Zone Rules
• Protect your neck and avoid
landing on your head
• Moves that put your head and
neck in danger, like double flips,
back flips, and moving back flips,
should never be attempted
• One jumper at a time in the
trampoline lane and make sure
that your landing zone is clear be
for jumping
• Always listen to the court monitor
and do not jump without a court
monitor present
