In this Whitepaper, we describe a real life example of a 90-day
NetDispatcher Green Field partner program execution.
The case example gives a summarized view to the first 90-days of the
onboarding process and the direct results, from a single new
salesman’s view when introduced to NetDispatcher.
1. LEAD GENERATION
By following Green Field Program, the salesman together with
NetDispatcher specialists, was quickly able to build 55 new prospect
companies, sized between 25 – 500 employees in the field service target
market. Majority, around 80% of the leads were inbound, generated by
utilizing the partner specific marketing campaign offered by the Green
field program.
2. OPPORTUNITY POTENTIAL
With successful training and support from the NetDispatcher Greenfield
program partner specialists, 41 of the companies were qualified and
together present the total pipeline value of $1.449 Million. With an
average 1-3 month sales cycle and estimated 35% hit rate the salesman
has the ability to close more than $500,000 in the following 2 weeks.

3. DIRECT RESULTS
At 90-day mark, the salesman has finalized his first sale, set an
implementation schedule with the customer to go live in 30 – days and
expects to sell odd-on phases, with phase 2 and phase 3 implementation
in the next 6 months. In addition to selling NetDispatcher, the salesman
still is able to sell his other line card products, so these numbers are
added value to his existing pipeline and old customers. We were able to
bring in completely new businesses that compliment the partners existing
business.
