molecule hytrolysis.
(e.g) disaccharides-sucrose

raffinose.

7. These are the carbohydrates
which yield many saccharides
on hytrolysis
The monosaccharides and
oligosaccharides are sweet
crystalline substances soluble
in water
(e.g)starch,cellulose.
