The copyright has a duration of the authors lifetime plus 50
years if is a film or sound recordings, 25 years if is a
typographical arrangements of a published edition, or 50
years from the date the author dies.
5. COPYRIGHT PERSONAL OPINION
I think that copyright is something realy important. It give
to the authors their credits of thir own work and isnt fare
that another person just take that information ilegal. Also
is important to alwais use copyright because if you dont
use it you can have legal problems.

• World Intellectual Property Organization. Is an agency of the
United Nations. Its dedication is to develop a balanced and
accessible international IP (intellectual property).
• Established in 1967, promote protection of IP through the
world.
• Their headquarters are located in Geneva Switzerland.
• Its director General is Francis Gurry.
• The WIPO has some strategic goals which are to have
provisions of Premier Global IP services. They want to
facility the use of IP development.
8. WHAT IS “FAIR USE”?
The fair use protects the freedom of speech, it
promotes benefits for example education (just
public benefits), and it applies to all types of media.
9. 4 KEY FACTORS OF FAIR USE
There are 4 factors of fair use.
Factor 1: Purpose
You need to know which the purpose of using the work you
choose is.
Factor 2: Nature
There are works that are more “copyright worthy” than
others. Example: Using published works is often more
permissible than using unpublished works
10. Factor 3: Amount
You need to know how much the amount of work you are
using, find a percentage is. Is important to evaluate the
key portions of the work.
Factor 4: Effect
You need to know and have clear of which the effect will
be, are you going to use the work to benefit yourself or if
you are preventing that the author have some benefit of
his work.
11. LAST FACT
Is important that if you are unsure of all of it you can ask
help to knowledgeable sources. Also is important to
always ask permission for using any work.
