KEY DELIVERABLES

3.  Managing MEP projects covering installation, Testing and commissioning of building services
setting up effective coordination with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and project team
members.
 Review MEP (HT & LT Electrical panels, transformers, DG, Lift, HVAC, Fire fighting System, laying
of Plumbing lines) Plan and specification in adherence to the project requirements and
compliances. Ensure on-time project delivery as per the given budget with cost efficiency.
 Check MEP Shop drawings as per the specification, MEP coordination drawing, Detail drawings
for Material and Equipment installation, As-built drawings for any deviation from approved lay-
out along with the Method statement for all associated HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing & Fire
fighting system.
 Liaison with client and sub-contractors for smooth and well-planned implementation of the
project. Review and finalize scope and responsibility of MEP Contractors as per site rule
regulation.
 Manage Bill of Quantity of MEP Materials for Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning for
Projects. Prepare comparison documents to finalize sub-contractors, material and equipment.
 Organize and attend weekly internal/external MEP technical & progress meetings. Attend
meeting with V.P. to update MEP weekly progress report.
 Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Structural and Architectural Departments, Procurement
department, MEP Consultants, QA/QC department for Consultant’s inspection to ensure smooth
operations across the units. Consult with consultant and sub-contractor for the discrepancy
required clarification.
 Ensuring timely completion of jobs and smooth departmental operations.
 Liaison with electricity board for sanctioning the load, distribution of load, Installation and
surrendering of temporary and permanent KWH meter
