Priority (TOP). This session will not
only set the tone for the

and the possibilities of how the
TOP can significantly contribute
to big business breakthroughs.
Step 2 is to work with a Design
Team to finalize the best agenda
for the 1-day change experience.

chosen by the CEO / Project
Owner to create a
transformational 1-day meeting
agenda incorporating the CEO’s
