Do you agree? If yes, how it is benefiting HR professionals
as well as organisations?
The Information Services Group (ISG) â a leading technology
insights, market intelligence and advisory services company â
conducted the âIndustry Trends in Human Resources
Technology and Service Delivery Survey in February 2014.
The survey points to three benefits companies expect to realise
from investments in HR tech (quoting from the report): an
improved user and candidate experience, access to ongoing
innovation and best practices to support the business, and speed
of implementation to increase the value of technology to the
organisation.
I believe technology will help companies transform as their
workforces evolve while enabling them to maintain loyalty, trust,
retention, and employee satisfaction.
3. In the end, Morpheus is benefiting from this trend considering it
will have better retention and satisfaction which leads to overall
betterment of business.
What would you like to achieve, as a leader, in the coming
five years?
I have a team who is passionate, dedicated and have been setting
benchmarks year-on-year. We have partners who have been
working with us for years now who have stood next to us during
difficult times. In next five years, my agenda is to ensure that
Morpheus has a strong brand recollection and will be known for
its deliveries on commitments. We would also like to ensure that
our business retention gets better and satisfaction levels for
candidates and clients, who have been serviced, are beyond 95
percent index.
With a dedicated Business Development Team to penetrate new
accounts and Support Team to service and retain existing
accounts, Morpheus is poised to be the most preferred vendor
with clients. Apart from a stronger and more formidable
presence in domestic market, we are looking to grow
internationally, through proactive client acquisition and business
tie-ups.
Finally, do you want to give any message to
readers/society at large?
Making a difference â that is what we are doing at Morpheus.
We got the company ISO certified in next three years of our
incorporation and have only strived to make it better. We, at
Morpheus, appreciate any business whether it is from a start-up
or multi-billion conglomerates and this is clearly reflected in our
clientele. Morpheus also has a social purpose since the name
clearly means âGod of Dreamsâ and therefore we created
Morpheus Human Charity. In the last four years, we have
4. worked closely with five NGOs who deal with slum kids, autism
and rescued girls from illegal homes. To conclude, the objective
is to clearly make a difference to society at large which would
not be possible without the wonderful team at Morpheus.
