This document summarizes a study sponsored by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority and the Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council to evaluate transit options between Amherst and Buffalo. The study will review prior studies and plans, establish the project area, develop public outreach, assess existing conditions, choose a ridership model, develop alternatives, and conduct environmental screening to identify the best transit options for the corridor.
