This is a personal statement with reference to my experience gained from the interaction and
collaboration I have had during the years, with Mr Matthew Drysdale and Mr Mike Wilde
acting as Principal Consultants at Team 2000 International Recruitment Consultancy.
I came in contact with Team 2000, from Sweden at the end of the year 2006. I was interested
to relocate and act as QA Manager & Qualified Person in UK within Pharmaceutical /
Biotechnology manufacturing. The Pharmaceutical industry is strictly regulated and under the
jurisdiction of the European Legislation and the National Legislation within the EU Member
States. In UK the relevant regulatory authority is the Medicines and Healthcare products
Regulatory Agency, MHRA.
During the years, Team 2000 has been one of my very important single points of contact
regarding my prospective employers.
Their comments, advises, recommendations and feedback have been valuable tools in order
to prepare and manage the interview process with success. These tools include but are not
limited to, my CV, interview tips and preparations, and guidance seen from their profession
and experience. Their availability and fair feedback before and after a submission have been
much appreciated.
