We studied all CSFs along ASAP phases.
Comparison with two similar studies, however, ours is the
only that relates CSFs with the phases and processes of an
ERP methodology.
Validation with case studies.
How ASAP processes support CSFs accomplishment?
Extend to other ERP studies.
