Composite Index of Knowledge Economy (IKE) Framework
The composite index combines indicators and variables from international organizations such as the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI,
World Economic Forum WEF), the Gender Gap Index (WEF), the Economic freedom Index (Wall Street Journal), the Networked
Readiness Index (NRI, WEF), IT Competitiveness Index (Economist Intelligence Unit), ICT Price Basket Index (ITU), Online Services (UN),
the Press Freedom (Reporters Without Borders), etc.

Maturity Model Framework – Mapping Factors to Maturity
Stages
Mapping between the four factors and the respective weights for each Maturity Stage. Highlights the evolution of the importance
of each factor within the composite index based on the evolution of the maturity stage (increasing or decreasing weight).
