Thus, thus we started this study. Our study is a follow-up study of Keita’s qualitative study. He explored several demotivating factors using qualitative techniques. We developed the questionnaire on the basis of his study. And we administered the questionnaire to university students.
The questionnaire consisted of 35 items with a 5-point scale and two open-ended questions. The questionnaire was made online by Surveymonkey.
