This document tells the story of an eagle egg that rolls down a mountain and is raised by chickens. The eagle grows up believing he is a chicken. One day he sees other eagles flying and wishes he could join them. The chickens say it's impossible for him to fly like an eagle. However, the eagle decides to try anyway. He stretches his wings and takes flight, soaring high in the sky with the other eagles. The moral of the story encourages the reader to dare to dream the impossible and not let others limit their potential.

2. This is the story of the eagle,
who dreams the impossible dream.
“This is my quest,
to follow that star
No matter how hopeless,
no matter how far.”

3. Once upon a time, there was a large
mountainside, where an eagle's nest
rested. The eagle's nest contained
four large eagle eggs.

4. To a chicken farm, located
in the valley below.
One day an earthquake rocked
the mountain causing one of the
eggs to roll down the mountain,

5. so an old hen volunteered to
nurture and raise the large egg.
The chickens knew that they
must protect and care for
the eagle's egg,

6. One day, the egg hatched and a beautiful
eagle was born. Sadly, however, the eagle
was raised to be a chicken.
Soon, the eagle believed he was
nothing more than a chicken!!!!!

7. The eagle loved his home and
family, but his spirit cried out
for more…

8. and noticed a group of eagles
flying in the skies.
While playing a game on
the farm one day, the eagle
looked to the skies above

9. "Oh, I wish I could soar like
those birds."

10. The chickens roared with laughter,
"You cannot soar with those birds. You
are a chicken and chickens do not soar."
IT’S IMPOSSIBLE!!!

11. The eagle continued staring, at his
real family up above, dreaming that
he could be with them.

12. Each time the eagle would let his dreams
be known, he was told it couldn't be done.
IT’S IMPOSSIBLE!!!

13. The eagle thought to himself if he
would stop dreaming and continued
to live his life and die like a chicken,
or dreaming that he could
be with the eagle above.

14. Finally, he decided to do what
he haven’t done before.

15. The eagle breathed deeply.
The first streaks of sunlight
caught his eye.

16. He stretched his giant wings,
almost six feet across!!!

17. The eagle slowly lifted off the ground.
It ascended into the sky. It soared higher
and higher and further and further.

18. It saw more in an instant than its
companions had in an entire lifetime,
and from that time forth
it was never again content
to be a barnyard fowl.

19. We are born to win but conditioned
to lose. This is true of most people.
We don’t achieve excellence because
we think we can’t achieve it.

20. Adversity is sometimes hard upon a man;
but for one man who can stand prosperity,
there are a hundred that
will stand adversity.

21. Identify our fears and negative
thoughts then take action.
Changing the word
“Impossible”
to
“I’m possible”

22. You gain strength, experience and
confidence by every experience where
you really stop to look fear in the face.
You must do the thing you cannot do.
And remember, the finest steel
gets strengthen through
the hottest furnace.

23. Challenges can be spring boards to professional
growth if they are welcomed as opportunities
rather than tolerated as nuisances.

24. Though we cannot overlook
the problems of tomorrow,
We should not
forget to celebrate
the successes of today.

25. We can choose to live as a chicken who will
always look up and envy the mighty eagle or
We can be an eagle and
enjoy the thrill of soaring
in the sky.

26. Time to decide,
Can we “Dare to Dream the
“I’MPossible” ?
Choice is all ours !
