allowing the users to activate the live streaming for more than 5 times a month.
B. Means of revenue to be initiated by September 2015 for closest2U
Using the existing powers of smart phones Which are Unleashed by closest2U for the first time.
1. In app games : closest2U have conceptualized the Game PURE** which uses the powers of smart
phones Unleashed by closest2U and in turn symbiotically supports the growth.**PURE (with in-game
purchases of average Rs 50 a year)
2. Celebrity live streaming : The user has to pay Rs 50 a year*to be a follower of one celebrity to
watch/listen him/her live ‘when the celebs choose to become available for followers’ (eg. When hrithik is
doing his Gym or kapil sharma is travelling) *Rs 50 a year(for first 1 year only & a package of 150 for next 3
years) or can create a pool of 5 celebs package of his/her choice for Rs 50 a year(for next 4 year).

All expenditure (opex+capex) will sum up to Rs 1,01,50,000 (for first year)
Unit economics Revenue per transaction per customer= Rs 0.045, Assuming that if one pays Rs
50/yr and uses closest2u 3 times a day i.e. 1100 times a year is Rs 0.045. (considering that only 5% of the
users are paid users.) How much does it costs to service that customer = 0.01 per customer per

Funding Needs, Use Of Funds And Proposed Valuation
First we will utilize the investment in technological development &
operations because an error at first step brings disappointment in very
initial believers of the product.
And then we will consider to invest in its sales & marketing.
There are no other co-investors as per now, but we are in talks with a
few.
Investment of Rs.25 lakh will last us for 3 months(only if we followed the
lean startup method).
