The ELSI network of experts constitutes a key resource that includes ELSI experts from National Nodes or Observers (considered as internal to BBMRI-ERIC, orange, with one correspondent being the contact person also in charge of national dissemination/consultation ), but also from other European countries or from non-European countries (violet).
The ethics check function will mobilize experts external to BBMRI-ERIC and experts internal to BBMRI-ERIC, but without implication in the projects submitted or other specified conflict of interests.
