A short narrative for a Numeracy lesson (Telling the time) where the techniques of gaming can be used as the learning process.

1. The dangerous spy

2. Agents, your mission should you choose to accept it will
be throught with challenges along the way.
Each stage must be completed before the spy can be
caught.

3. Stage 1
The spy used analogue clocks (clocks
with hands) to plan his escape.
You need to demonstrate that you too
can use an analogue clock.

5. Stage 2
The spy was very clever and started using a
different time reading. This made his escape
easier. We discovered he was reading time at 5
minutes intervals!

7. Stage 3
This is the most difficult stage. We discovered
the dangerous spy was even cleverer than we
thought.
He has started using timetables to make his
way round England!
We last heard he had travelled from
Leicester to London.

8. Stage 3
Use nationalrail to help find a train leaving this
Saturday 26th November. The train must arrive
in London before 2pm!
