This is a presentation given to delegates at the itSMF conference in Melbourne, Australia, 2014. Inspired by David Weinberger's book Everything is Miscellaneous, I assert that hierarchy of knowledge is dead and that we must learn how too search our workplace knowledge assets more effectively.
