individual’s brain and thus, successfully, turn him 
or her into a zombie. Mmmm....brains. Brains!

  • 4. 4 Doors leading to no-where. Smoke-screens everywhere. No personality. No branding. Just a devious maze of STUFF. Enter the LMS house of horrors…
  • 5. 5 Or, you can be a zombie hunter.
  • 6. Zombie Hunter Tactic: Create a front door worth • A branded LMS 6 experience. • Engaging • Interactive • Easy to navigate • Generates intrigue …and leaves learners wanting more opening.
  • 7. 7 So good you could eat it up… Yum! This LMS looks better than brains.
  • 8. 8 2. Kill Their Feelings Zombies don’t need to feel, right…?

  • 14. 14 3. Make the Content Lifeless The graveyard where elearning content goes to die.
  • 15. Dump information on your learners to ensure their eyes 15 stay glazed and their lips stay drooling.
  • 16. Zombie Hunter Tactic: Make it personal. Include engaging 16 video content and stories learners can relate to.

If seeking to build a zombie army, it is critical that the general follows important steps to zombify those individuals seeking to escape the general’s domain by hunting them down with boring instructional design speak, copious amounts of corporate jargon, while also numbing their brains with fact after fact of repetitious blather that will go in one ear like a worm only to consume the individual’s brain and thus, successfully, turn him or her into a zombie. Mmmm....brains. Brains!
  • 22. 22 Zombie Hunter Tactic: Take a high-empathy approach. Talk to your learners like human beings - -warm their cold, dead hearts.

  • 24. 24 Welcome and engage them from the start.
