4. Prayaas Corps, initially known as Prayaas-India was formed on 12th January
2013 with head office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The motto is to stir and inspire youth’s mind and work for the cause of
society.
Under the leadership of Mr. Jaspal Godara, Mr. Manish Sharma and Mr.
Aditya Gopal, they took up the initiative of working for the elation of the
people of the society in order to create a better future and children who wish
to serve our Motherland.
After four years and five months since formation, a few member Prayaas
Corps, have now spread to 55 cities with 2800 volunteers and 125
successful mission are enough to tell the success story of prayaas corps.

7. • Shiksha Mission is one of the most drastic and superlative initiative of
Prayaas Corps.
• Realizing the hollowness of the Indian education system, volunteers took a
major step in educating children in nearby government schools which lacks to
provide children a fundamental education.
• Children are taught after school, not only the syllabi but co-curricular
activities too.
• Shiksha Mission received overwhelming response from villagers who were
reluctant to give their children a proper education as well as from children
who were interested to learn and adopt new skills and learnings.

10. Northern India is one of such part of our country which, each
years, witnesses extreme cold in winter. Well to do thrive, the
poor and the needy suffer.
It is through RAHAT the volunteers carry out a large scale
blanket and warm cloth distribution to the needy and poor to
help them sustain the extreme cold.
The event is conducted in two parts. In the first part, old and
deranged people in Old Age Homes are being donated blankets
and in the next phase, needy people on streets are being
provided with clothes and blankets.
Through years, the growth has been substantial.

13. There exists a misconception among people of or country
regarding Leprosy.
Discarding such baseless concepts and to give those people hope of
life, volunteers celebrate World Leprosy Day and Republic Day
every year with Leprosy contracted people of Indra Kushta
Ashram.
Apart from providing them food and delicacies, educational and
entertainment events are also organized to show them that they
too, are a part of this society and country.
They are encouraged to study, to learn and never lose hope so that
someday they might become dutiful citizens.

16. Volunteers of Prayaas Corps have taken steps for
environmental protection as well.
Organising plantation drives, recent event of providing food
and water in hanging pitchers for birds in summer and
cleanliness drives under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan have been
the major events which reflect the organization’s sustainable
perspective towards our environment.
These events received huge accolades from masses and
government and support increased exponentially.

19. With growing support and volunteers, Prayaas Corps in
organization with many hospitals have organized medical
camps and blood donation events. This helped in several ways.
Blood donation cards helped volunteers to donate blood to the
one in need whenever necessary. It too gave an opportunity to
many people to save as many lives by donating their blood.
Health camps are too being organized in villages with poor
medical facilities. Doctors treat villagers free of cost providing
quality medicines and treatment. 19

along with motivational activities to further increase this
cause among the masses.

28. A large scale afforestation to protect our mother earth
along with spreading awareness regarding this cause.

to improve education conditions in schools.

motivate children to study, spread happiness etc.

kids via various activities.

35. Under GYANBODH initiative, we select some intelligent kids and
provide them guidance, mentorship and teaching so that they can be
admitted to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya

36. Organized a money donation drive to Nepal earthquake
(April 2015) victims.

37. Hanging a pot with water to help animals, birds to
quench their thirst in summers.

38. A kite event in a park where kids were told to respect
nation, build dreams and spread happiness.

39. Within three years of SHIKSHA mission, we have organized
this mission more than 30 times and in various places of Jaipur
and in other cities.
We have taught more than 2000 children.
We have also helped more than 1000 children in joining
schools.
We have distributed more than 5000 books to children and in
government schools to improve education.
Our campaigns, activities etc. have broken the ice and has
promoted equality in education. 39
40. Around 10000 saplings have been planted in just 2 years.
People coming for blood donations have increased from 200 to
600 in just 2 years.
We have been successful in promoting paper bags within 10 km
radius outside Amity University, Jaipur.
Our Yoga Drive 2016 have witnessed a foot fall of 1000 people,
700 more than 2015.
We have distributed clothes to around 1500 people in last 3
years.
Our cleanliness drive witnessed an enormous success in making
Jaipur , a clean city 40
41. We are planning to organize this campaigns in most of
the cities of Rajasthan.
A large scale books distribution (around 10000 books)
is to be conducted in major cities of Rajasthan.
We are planning to make our NGO active in more than
100 cities by 2019 so that ours missions like Shiksha
Mission, Rahat etc. can affect wider audience.
