Summary
Wipro Digital is delivering a new card portal for a
national bank.
There was an initial 6 week project required to analyse
their current Bank Intel card portal - a credit card
management system for clients across North America.
The London and U.S. design studios sketched initial
responses, created personas, user flows, information
architecture, visual theme boards and wireframes.
The result was high-fidelity responsive prototype
encompassing desktop, tablet and mobile.

The London design studio conducted market
research to understand UnderPowered’s current
customer offerings, along with the state of the
existing Australian and world energy market.
We investigated the current customer experience
and the perceptions of UnderPowered and its
competitors.
The team also completed an analysis of digital
offerings in the industry including desktop sites
and mobile apps.
We reviewed the global energy consumption and
production trends and forecasts up to 2050.

4. Summary
The London design studio conducted extensive
research on WineAu and its 80 brands around the
world, with an emphasis on the Chinese market. We
investigated market and customer perceptions, as well
as their social media engagement. We also analysed
how culture specific elements (fake products in the
luxury wines sector) could impact their business.
We explored how users find information about
wine, by analysing apps and online experiences
to understand user needs. Finally we reviewed the
current use of digital in the industry, and what makes
wine shopping a positive and memorable experience.

5. Summary
I.T.S Despatched wanted to unify their web presence
of 40 different sites, each running on separate
architectures with fragmented experiences, to one
site with a single experience and site architecture.
Instead of a presentation, the London design studio
created a web-based RFI response, including a
bespoke video to differentiate ourselves from our
competitors.
We analysed the web presence and mobile apps
of both I.T.S Despatched and their competitors,
highlighting usability issues and any differentiating
features in the market.

6. Summary
We looked at the existing services within the
Investment Banking sector and brainstormed some
potential new innovative products and services.
We generated three prototypes:
A financial content analyser, an online service using
an intelligent parsing algorithm that pulls the most
important financial information from a web-page.
A virtual investment advisor, that creates a portfolio
based on simple questions about their investments.
An investment challenge game, which tests advisors
on their skills.

7. Summary
The London design studio carried out an expert
review of UGH Bank’s website and mobile app,
evaluating usability in key areas such as navigation,
search, help and support, making payments and
account management.
The research included competitor analysis to identify
useful design patterns, offering key recommendations
to improve the online banking experience for
UGH Bank customers.
Market analysis explored current innovations in
banking technology such as biometric authentication,
gamification and social media.

8. Summary
iRoom made a request for proposals for creating
a social networking site tailored for ophthalmologists
(eye doctors & surgeons).
They requested common social networking features,
a responsive website and iOS & Android apps.
To refine their original requirements and develop new
concepts, the London design studio conducted desk
research, phone interviews with ophthalmologists and an
online survey of almost 100 ophthalmologists worldwide.
The findings were used to create concepts,
wireframes and interactive prototypes.

9. Summary
End | Plan asked the London design studio to explore
the design of a new self service portal for their
pension and insurance customers.
We researched and designed a responsive web
experience, using the agile UCD methodology.
We delivered 3 prototypes and aesthetics through
quick design iterations.
These were then tested on their customer base
over several iterations.
