Overview…..
 There is no denying that an engaged, skilled and motivated workforce is
essential to growth. Today, organizations must drive toward strategic
outcomes and measurable improvements in their business operations
 A greater focus on her human capabilities by virtue of developing their competencies and skill
sets has never been more important in helping it deliver on its goals
 To position themselves as an employer of choice, must rethink its HR
programs to be more goal-oriented. They must have the right leaders, imbibe
the right culture and best practices akin to today’s work standards.
 To bring this to fruition, a move from a tactical Human Resource process to a more
