3. A new generation of step counters
Silva ex³connect™ makes it possible to take your performed exercise to
the web. The Silva ex³connect™ pedometer connects to the exercise
portal silvaconnect.com by docking the unit to your PC. The data transfers
automatically from the pedometer to your account on silvaconnect.com.
Now you can analyse your performance on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly
and yearly basis. You can also set you own exercise targets and invite your
friends and colleagues to take part in challenges online.

4. Set your targets
1 When you log on to silvaconnect.com for the first time you will set your
personal targets. A target could for example be the amount of steps you wish
to walk every day. Your performance will be compared to your target.

2 Silva ex³ connect™ contains a 3D-Motion sensor which means that the
pedometer can either be carried hanging around the neck, in a bag, pocket or
attached to your hip. It stores your performance for 30 days before asking you
to upload your data to silvaconnect.com.
Share your steps
3 You can make your exercise information available to your friends on
silvaconnect.com. Invite your friends or colleagues to participate in a
challenge. You can also keep an eye on their progress. A challenge is a step
competition, and you can set the criteria of the competition yourself, for
example reach 70 000 steps in seven days.
