 The e-marketing contains all the aspects related to the process of
promoting and selling a product or service over the Internet. It includes all
the activities that we carry out since it was decided to sell the product to
the after - sales or customer service.

 Digital marketing is a form of direct marketing which links consumers with
sellers electronically using interactive technologies like emails, websites,
online forums and newsgroups, interactive television, mobile
communications etcetera (Kotler and Armstrong, 2009).

favored by consumers, become more competitive.
 For this, these companies have to offer what their customers need.
 Globalization has changed in part the principles under which we develop
business. Today market is the whole world and virtually there are buyers
for everything we can sell.
 The first thing to do is to better know the people who use the Internet, in
order to be able to sell them what they need, like and are accustomed to
buying.
Customers Online
 For Irene Capdevila, Classifies them in the following way:
the oversimplifying: They are those who seek convenience from start to
finish. They are the most attractive to traders segment, but also the most
challenging when serving
Surfers: They are connected Internet for several reasons:

and desire for community.
 Routine: only half have made purchases on the net They visit a few
domains, usually news or financial sites, but spend almost twice as long as
the average number of users on a page.
Sports lovers: act similarly to routine, but focus on sports and entertainment
sites. They spend a few hours a month online and seek fresh, colorful and
interactive sites.

Electronic marketing is focused on providing to customer:
 Offer a unique product or service
 Save the consumer time and effort
 Save the consumer money or at least make shipment at a fair price
 Offer a unique experience
