“Through experience create a

challenges that exist in the Idea
Management area.”
Upon completion of the course, students should
be able to:
- give an account of theories on idea
management,
- apply methods for idea generation, idea
development and idea evaluation,
- reflect on the different stages in the idea
development process, and
- analyse the idea development process of an
organisation and assess possible areas of
improvement.

  8. Om det är så att vi ta lärplattformen för givet - måste det vara så? Finns det bara lärplattformen? Eller kan vi skapa en digitallärmiljö som faktiskt anpassa sig efter lärandemålen, aktiviter och bedömningen? Det var utgångspunkten när vi jobbade med de senaste kursutvecklingsprojekt vid CTF/HHK. (2-3 minuter totalt)

Kursen berör de första delarna i en innovations process, nämligen läs Kursen är nätbaserad <klick> Och ges (klick) som en öppen nätbaserad kurs, där deltagarna kan få ett intyg på att de gått kursen vid genomförandet av de aktiviteter vi kräver. För dem som vill få högskolepoäng krävs dock dels en registrering via antagningen samt att de genomför en avslutande reflektionsskrivuppgift utöver de andra aktiviteterna. Kursen riktar sig till <klick> yrkesverksamma som arbetar med dessa typer av frågor (peka på bilden, Idea generation, refinement och assassment). Den ges på <klick> avancerad nivå. Och är baserad på den forskning <klick> som jag och mina kollegor bedriver inom CTF.

  11. Utifrån ”konstruktiv länkning” skapade vi lärandemål, aktiviteter och bedömningar parallellt och med visionen åtanke. Så efter att <klick> studenterna avslutat kursen skall de <Klick> Kunna redogöra för teorier king Idea magment> <klick> tillämpa metoder för idégenerering, idéutveckling samt idéutvärdering, <klick> reflektera över idéutvecklingsprocessens olika delmoment och <klick> analysera en organisations idéutvecklingsprocess samt bedöma möjliga förbättringsområden. Men hur har vi då lagt upp kursen och vart kommer den digitala lärplattformen in? <klick>
  12. Kursen är delat i fyra moduler (samt en avslutande projekt del). Dessa återspeglar delar av lärandemålen och själva idea management processen. I var och en av de tre ”mitten modulerna” (peka) har vi skapat en digital lärplattform speciellt utformad för att ge studenterna upplevelser för hur idégenerering, idéutveckling samt idéutvärdering kan se ut praktiken. Innan jag praktiskt och lite snabbt visar detta såg ut på vår kurshemsida så vill jag bara förklara hur flödet såg ut i de olika modulerna <klick>
  13. I varje modul, som pågår under 4 veckor, får deltagarna initialt tillgång till <klick> artiklar och filmer. Efter en vecka har vi ett <klick> Webinar i Zoom där vi diskuterar materialet. Därefter får studenterna jobba med en <klick> upplevelseuppgift t.ex. att generera/utveckla eller utvärdera idéer. Utifrån deras upplevelser skriver de ett sedan ett <klick> reflekterande blogguppgift. Sist i modulen så kör vi en <klick> tweetchat där vi utgår från 3-4 frågor, utifrån vad som framkommit i bloggarna. Detta görs som sagt i <klick> fyra omgångar, där de i den första modulen dels reflekterade om hur teorierna kan appliceras på deras nuvarande organisations innovationsprocess men även svarade på en fråga som senare styrde inriktningen för vilket område de genererade idéer kring. För de som tog den HP baserade versionen tillkom även en avslutande examinationsuppgift (där uppgiften var att utifrån deras nuvarande arbetssätt identifiera eventuella brister och möjliga förbättringsåtgärder grundande i den teori de tagit till sig under kursens gång.
