Step 1: Upon receiving a
guest call, the operator at the
GSC creates a new event
describing the service needed.

What is HouseKeeping ?
Features:
Synchronization with the hotel PMS provides an online list of
rooms with the relevant statuses, which allows dynamic
assignment of the daily tasks.
The supervisor maids can update the room status from the
mobile device right after inspecting the room.
Reception clerks have the ability to set an “urgent” status to
the room, and this information will be seen by all authorized
users instantly.

Features:

directly, while checking the minibar in the room.
Reception clerks have the ability to set an “urgent” status to

How it Works:
Step 1: The minibar
department divides the
hotel rooms between
attendants, which are
prioritized by room status.
Step 2: When inspecting
rooms, attendants indicate
consumed items, and a
charge is automatically
applied to the guest’s bill.
Step 3: After rooms
are checked, the
attendants return to
applicable rooms to
refill the minibars.

  1. Take off the first bullet – the second says the same in a more powerful way Last bullet – word jaybee should always be spelled as JAYBEE on all slides
  2. First bullet is incorrect – room maids do not go to office, they dial a code from room to indicate that room is clean. Floor inspectors do run to office back and forth to get updated room statuses Second bullet is almost redundant to first one hence can be removed. The word reception can be added to the first bullet Add a new bullet – Did you loose business due to a low score given on TripAdvisor due to lack of good, prompt, accurate service?

I think that Save money section should appear first and save time should appear second I would replace the “Less paperwork” reason with “Minimized compensation costs” I would add to “Save money” category a new bullet saying: “Higher rating score – more new and returning guests” In “Save your time” category I would remove the seconf bulllet. The third bullet in this category is unclear.
