First bullet is incorrect – room maids do not go to office, they dial a code from room to indicate that room is clean. Floor inspectors do run to office back and forth to get updated room statuses
Second bullet is almost redundant to first one hence can be removed. The word reception can be added to the first bullet
Add a new bullet – Did you loose business due to a low score given on TripAdvisor due to lack of good, prompt, accurate service?
I think that Save money section should appear first and save time should appear second
I would replace the “Less paperwork” reason with “Minimized compensation costs”
