Better Future is a Dutch based mini MNC working and inspiring in the areas of strategy and leadership
development. In 13 years we have taken over 2300 leaders across 25 countries on different change journeys.
Our offices are in The Netherlands, Bangalore and New York.
Better Future India is deeply engaged with corporates, social enterprises and NGO’s, specially focused on the
micro finance sector. We help organizations in realizing their strategy by supporting them in scale decisions and
developing people capital at various levels.

Purpose journey’s main objective is to pause and re-connect to self and the
organization vision. We create a space to revisit and innovate new ways of leading
your self ,others and drive towards organizational growth
1 week program to reflect on how you are operating as a leader ? What drives you
to be leader , identify dominant styles of leadership ? Become more inspiring
leader to lead your teams and organization.
It is cross-cultural immersion program, learning ways of the Dutch/Europeans and
they learn Indian way of working and thinking

Mixed teams work on key strategic issues of the organization – Examples could be
related to product diversification, creating second line leadership, branding,
employee engagement etc.
Build long term connection and inspire each other at the end of the week.
When good people meet, good things will come out it.
It’s intense, insightful and for sure FUN !!! Starts 7 am and goes on till 10 pm…
The 3 day people management program helps managers to develop key skills to
perform better and maximize performance and creating a shared vision of the
organization.
Building the team spirit and developing managers to lead and build teams. The
program designed is experiential in nature – learning happens by engaging in
activities ,reflecting and applying back in the organization
Buzz – Non profit arm of Better Future is business school on wheels – solar
powered, fully equipped to conduct training in interior rural villages with
speakers, projector, canopy along with the team of trainer and driver
BUZZ is business school on wheels for rural women entrepreneurs at the base of the pyramid. The
goal is simple , help them to dream big and bring them to the starting line. Buzz goes into the
villages and trains women on financial literacy which includes money management for home and
business, savings, goal setting and combine it with elements of personal growth.
6 hours training spread over two weeks, activity based, localized and customized
to make it relevant for the women at the base of the pyramid

  • 16. Buzz – Non profit arm of Better Future is business school on wheels – solar powered, fully equipped to conduct training in interior rural villages with speakers, projector, canopy along with the team of trainer and driver
  • 17. BUZZ is business school on wheels for rural women entrepreneurs at the base of the pyramid. The goal is simple , help them to dream big and bring them to the starting line. Buzz goes into the villages and trains women on financial literacy which includes money management for home and business, savings, goal setting and combine it with elements of personal growth.
  • 18. 6 hours training spread over two weeks, activity based, localized and customized to make it relevant for the women at the base of the pyramid
