What can make a leader
What can get a person as a leader?
Position, Belief, Job itself, Fellows,
Responsibility, Honesty, Sincereness,
Stability, Focus, Open mind, Resilience
The proof of a leader
The most important and basic thing is...
People consent to somebody as a leader.
Every other factor will be after this.
A crowd, a group or a team
First, people make a group not a team.
It is just a crowd yet.
Who knows hot to get it accomplished
without a team!
A leader could build a team.
A team and a leader
Once people consent to you as a leader.
They can see the same thing altogether.
It is a leader what people look to.
And who could look to anybody
whom they do not admit?
A team ability and a leader
A team ability can get reduced by a leader.
Because any organization ( including a
team) can not exceed the limit of a leader.
A leader could get a team down
with some awkwardness.
Why consensus is necessary?
Awkwardness makes things getting worse.
A leader can not afford to give it a try
unless people admit it!
Once a team consent to it
a leader can get an opportunity.
How to become a leader?
It depends on what sort of culture a leader
intends to create with a team.
And make it sure
people want to know why they should
welcome a leader.
Let’s start it now
You can give it a start any time.
Just always remember
It is not you but a team to decide
who is a leader.
