of PASDP in 25 Provinces and Municipality are being
drafted.
Provincial agriculture Budget Strategic Plan 2016-2018
(BSP) has been established
Provincial and National Programme Budgeting 2016
finalized
Roles and Responsibilities for Extension at National,
Provincial and District levels have been reviewed,
15 out of 30 districts and 60 out of 180 communes were
selected for intervention in 2016,
60 Communes Extension Workers were contracted and are
working in the targeted communes
Capacity for AC management and bookkeeping have been
built
Professional Coaching for VAHWs,
Training on Agr. tech. provided to ACs as requested
360 Small Learning Groups are being formed and training
topics are being identified

Survey of behavior of Farmers on demand and supply of extension service,
Establishment of the Extension Research and Advisory Board/sub-committee
Finalization of Roles and Responsibilities for Extension at National, Provincial and District
levels
Establishment of the Extension Hub (Extension Materials, Quality Assurance Systems, setting
Software, capacity building…)
Developing Extension Curriculum in Royal University of Agriculture and Agricultural school
Developing the proposal format and identifying the partners for implementing Innovations
for Climate Resilient Agriculture
Documentation for showing on TV, Radio and at fields
Organize annual national extension and agriculture extension exhibition.

360 Small Learning Groups (9.000hh), receives technical training as requested
Setting up the smallholder Network
Contracting out service providers and working out Public Private Partnership for providing
services
Formulation of Provincial Agricultural Strategic Development Plan (2016-2020)
Preparing Provincial Budget Strategic Plan (2017-2019) and Program Budgeting 2017
Performance Based Climate Resilience Grants co-finance 8 communes fund for constructing
climate resilient in agricultural infrastructure.
