This document provides an overview of the GJU Innovation Management Diploma program. It begins with a brief history of innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives at GJU since 2005. The diploma aims to enhance organizational innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. It consists of modules on creativity techniques, innovation management, business model innovation, product management, intellectual property rights, market research tools, and an integrated project. The diploma is designed for startups and organizations and combines research and practice. It issues a certificate recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education upon completion.
