14. Hancock County Government Annex Building $10,187,450.00 MDA Funds Additional funding will come from FEMA/MEMA and Hazard Mitigation Funds Bid was awarded to DC General Contractor, Inc. on June 24, 2009 to be complete within 18 months

Jail Project $37,500,000.00 Perez Architect Application and funding have been approved by MDA, site visit with MDA was held 12/15/08 County will sign a contract with the architect, once the contract is signed the design phase should be complete within 8 months, and the plans should be ready to bid within a month after the design is complete.
