• We are moving from a ‘what if’ industry to a ‘so how’ industry:
preventative and pre-claims
• The customer needs to be put in the centre of an ecosystem and
service providers must surround them
• Innovation is not equal to transformation, we are not looking at
incremental change in insurance any longer
