Day 3: Sen Monorom – Banlung (via Bou Sra waterfall)
After an early breakfast we will ride down to the stunning Bou Sra
waterfall, leaving the tarmac roads behind. Here we can throw another
coffee down our necks before saddling up for a hard day of off roading,
visiting some local hill tribes along the way.
Day 4: Banlung rest day
The capital of Ratanakiri, Banlung, is home to the spectacular Yeak Laom
volcanic lake. Placed in the midst of dense tropical forest, the turquoise
water will be a refreshing break before another hard day off road
tomorrow. Banlung also has some great waterfalls, one 30 feet high where
any brave group members will be able to take the leap into the water below.

3. Day 5: Banlung – Stung Treng
Day 6: Stung Treng – Srae Em
Riding some of the best trails in the country and crossing multiple
rivers we will head north to the Laos border before looping round
to follow the Mekong south to the riverside town of Stung Treng.
Here we will enjoy some cold beers on the banks of the mighty
Mekong whilst watching the sun set over the river.
You will get the chance to take it a little easier on this easy going and scenic
ride. We’ll cross the Mekong by ferry in the morning and travel on wide dirt
roads towards T’Baeng Meanchey. Here you will be immersed in the real
Cambodia, passing through remote villages and rivers along the way. After
stopping in T’Bang Meanchey for lunch we’ll continue on to Srae Em
where we’ll get well rested in preparation for the last days riding.

needed refreshments by the pool. Of course it wouldn’t be a trip to
Cambodia without
experiencing some of the traditional Khmer dancing, so in the evening we
will all meet for dinner whilst watching an Apsara show.
