Tip 6: Travel Burnout is Real
Small travel policy changes can have a big
impact.
Consider giving employees additional time off
to compensate for travel during personal time,
equip employees with tools to reduce the time
spent booking travel, or provide low-cost perks
like TSA Pre-Check and in-flight WIFI.
