2. The Pillars MALIDAS STERILINDO is a third party manufacturer in cosmetics and toiletries. Established in 1995 with the first business line is steam sterilization for talc powder, to produce decontaminated talc which is requireed raw material for Baby Powder. Since 1996, MALIDAS STERILINDO has been trusted to produce a variery of high quality Johnson & Johnson cosmetics products for Baby, Teen and Adult. In realizing its dream, MALIDAS STERILINDO continuosly improves its capability, organization, manpower and facilities in order to be a trusted world class third party manufacturing company.

5. GMP COMPLIANCE FACILITIES Our Plant is equipped to meet our commitments in delivering worth products of high quality and comply with Principal's GMP standard requirement. Purified Water System The system was designed to ensure the absence of micro-organism growth by continous circulation of purified water through stainless steel 316L sanitary piping loop for 24 hours 7days a week, passed through several UV lmaps, and monitored by online TOC. Periodically the system is sanitized using Pure Steam at 92 C. Plant Hygiene SInce the cosmetics products has direct contact with consumer's body, the hygiene and cleanliness of production facilities, equipment and people are our prime priority.All employees and visitors have to use personal hygieneccover.Ethologicalsystem is carried out periodically to secure the Plant from pest and insect.

6. Cleaning and Sanitation Purified Waer and Pure Steam are taken as standard for cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment. Processing Facility Within several type of product technology, we provide Mixing and Filling equipent to produce such products in comply with Principal's quality requirement.All parts of processing facility which have direct contact with the bulk product are using stainlesss steel 316L and sanitary type.HACCP has been applied to prevent metal and foreign material contamination in the finished products.The special mixing plant for cologne and other refresher product is well designed with explosion proof to comply with safety standard.For flexibiity, several mixing batch sizes are available : - water based liquid of 1,000, 2,000 & 5,000Kg - Oil based with 700 and 1,400 Kg - Alcohol based of 1,000 Kg - Talcum powder products of 400 and 600 Kg

7. Flexibel filling machines for various shapes and sizes of bottles containers and tubes are availabe : - 4 units in-lines auger filling machines for powder - 2 units in-line filling machines for cologne - 2 units in-line filling machines for hair & skin care - 1 unit in-line filling machine for oil - 2 units rotary tube filling machine

8. STEAM STERILIZER A Steam sterilizer of 6 tons batch capacity is available to produce decontaminated talc for Baby Powder WAREHOUSE Dedicated warehouses are provided for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods. Cool rool is available to keep heat sensitive raw material such as vitamin, fragrance and perfume. We have applied FIFO and FEFO for raw and packaging materials. The incoming raw packaging materials are quarantined for further QA evaluation and approval. The APPROVED labeled materials are ready for further manufacturing process. The incoming Finished Goods from production are quaranrines for QA micro and chemical evaluation. The released finished goods are labeled APPROVED and ready for shipment.

9. CARING THE QUALITY Ensuring the delivered products within quality standard, all the raw and packaging materials as well as finished goods have to pass the Quality Assurance inspection led by experienced analysts. The inspections cover their composition and physical properties as well as microbiology. The laboratory facility design is following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) to avoid possibility of cross contamination between the laboratory and manufacturng areas, and within the laboratory has diferent areas for chemical, microbiology and packaging laboratories. The laboratory equipments have appropiate design and adequate capacity function according to standard test method of Principals. In such manner we have equipments to carry out the specified testing, e.g. Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC), FT-IR Spectrophotometer, UV-Visile Spectrophotometer, KF Titrino, DMS Titrino, Viscometer, pH Meter, Analytical Balance, etc.

10. THE HUMAN CAPITAL Human Resources is the strategic capital of MALIDAS STERILINDO which is to be retained and developed. A number of trainings are continusly held to upgrade the competences and leadership of the employees to response the business challenges. Having implemented GMP, GLP, HSE in the Plant, supported with Enterprise Resource Planning, skilled and trained employees, MALIDAS STERILINDO has achieved Good Manufacturing Process certificate from Indonesian National Food and Drgugs Agency to manufacture various products. In addition the company has been recognized by the Government as a Safe Work Place.

11. A LEAPING FORWARD We are responsive to fulfill the increasing GMP standard requirement of our Principals, and within this year, we will finish upgrading pur facilities, among others : 1.
