- establish a process to monitor and evaluate
quality and measure progress against agreed
key performance indicators
- complete the audit and have oversight of the
consultation being ultimately accountable for any
FYT associated contracts or SLAs.

of representatives from all of our key cultural

⢠The remit of the stakeholder group would be to:
- discuss the strategy and development of the
programme;
- determine quality criteria for arts and cultural
projects;
- look at delivery issues and solutions
