MARINA WORRE
Co-founder and CEO of Network Marketing Pro, Marina Worre has embraced
the entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. At age 18, Marina was studying
for a degree in economics when she started her first business, running her own
store. This was the start of Marina’s experience of being an entrepreneur.
At 21, she decided to join her first Network Marketing company.
Marina and Eric met at a company convention in Moscow. Their cherished
relationship is built on a foundation of genuine love, core values, and purpose,

FINDING PROSPECTS

PRESENTERS: ANGEL FLETCHER  MARTENE WALLACE
People looking at Network Marketing often believe if they know a lot of people, they’ll
have lots of success. It sounds logical, but it’s just not true. There are three kinds of people
in Network Marketing:
1.	 Posers: They make a mental list of three, four or five people they hope will join.
2.	Amateurs: They make a written list of 100 prospects for example, and charge out there
with a lot of excitement, but not a lot of skill.
3.	 Professionals: They approach finding people to talk to as one of their core skills.
It is part of their job to find people. And they are committed to never stop adding to the list.
To master this skill, follow these four simple steps:
Step 1: Make your list as comprehensive as possible. Include EVERY person you
can think of, whether you consider them a prospect or not.
Step 2: Look at your list and think about the people they know — the second
degree of separation. Think of your family, friends, the relationships in your life. Who
do they know?
Step 3: Constantly expand your list. Professionals call this an “Active Candidate List.”
This list never stops growing.
Step 4: Network on purpose. Get out there. Have some fun. Join a new gym. Volunteer
for a cause that’s important to you. Find places and organizations where you can meet
new people.
Professionals develop a higher level of awareness. They pay attention to the world. They know
they will be introduced to new people all the time.

Angel Fletcher
A relative newcomer to the Network Marketing profession, Angel Fletcher
has catapulted to success and become one of the most influential women on the
global Network Marketing and direct sales stage today. Known for her servant
leadership approach to business-building, Angel is moved to action by inspiring
people to do their best and to be the best versions of themselves. In doing so,
Angel has built a seven-figure income built on a genuine desire to help others grow,
learn, earn, and create the life of their dreams. She is a strong believer in putting
a personal touch on every business relationship, which is key to setting a new
distributor up for success. One of her emerging goals is to empower other women
in Network Marketing to acknowledge their own strength, power, and influence,

Martene Wallace
Rookie, Influencer from Australia known for being real, raw and unapologetically
authentic. She leads from the front alongside her husband, Nathan, showing people
what is possible and that everything is a CHOICE. They are blessed with three children
Zali 9, Maisie 7 and Matai 4. They have been in the profession for 4 years.
Martene has an amazing ability to bring out the best in people, whilst having as much
fun as possible. She has an awesome sense of humor always finds the positive
in every situation and everyone. She loves helping people and believes in having
as much fun as possible in process whilst getting the work done! She absolutely loves
seeing people realize what is possible for themselves, and build 100% belief, and
know they can do anything they set their mind to!
One of her favorite words is COURAGE, as this always comes first in everything we do. Martene fell into Network Marketing,
after an amazing product experience and was in denial she was doing the business for the first six months, as she was
sharing with family and friends.
Prior to going all-in on Network Marketing, Martene was working full time as a Clinical Nurse Manager and had 75%
of her Masters in Critical Care completed. Martene is a passionate about sport and played for Australian School Girls
Soccer team. She loves team sport and believes Network Marketing in one of the best team sports on the planet.
In 11 months, Martene’s full time income was replaced, and they have never looked back. They have received company
awards for Empowerment, Gen Y Ambassador, and Leadership. They are the highest ranked and top earners for Generation
Y in their company, in the wealth creators club, and the millionaire circle. Martene spoke on the millennial panel at Go Pro
Recruiting Mastery in 2016 and the Influencer Panel in 2017. She is SO passionate about our profession and raising
the standards. Martene believes Network Marketing is the best kept secret on the planet and also the most misunderstood.

INVITING PROSPECTS TO UNDERSTAND
YOUR PRODUCT OR OPPORTUNITY

Learning how to properly invite prospects to find out more about your product or opportunity
is by far the most critical skill to develop. In the beginning, Eric was a hunter. Everyone
around him felt hunted and started to avoid him. People who joined tried to replicate what he was
doing, failed and then quit.
He decided to study successful people in MLM and found they were more like farmers
vs. hunters. They built relationships and friendships. They learned how to build trust with
people they met and were able to skillfully transfer the belief they had about their products
and opportunity. Instead of acting like sharks, they were more like coaches and consultants.
When the timing was appropriate, they just invited people to do one of two things, based
on the individual prospect’s situation.
First was to invite people to attend some sort of event, whether it was a one-on-one or a large
company event or convention.
Second was to invite people to review some sort of tool, whether it be CDs, DVDs, magazines,
brochures, websites or online presentations.
When inviting, there are Four Basic Rules:
Rule One: You must emotionally detach yourself from the outcome.
Rule Two: Be yourself.
Rule Three: Bring some passion. Enthusiasm is contagious.
Rule Four: Have a strong posture.

Donna Johnson
Donna Johnson is a 40-year veteran of the Network Marketing
Profession and just celebrated 30 years with her company.

Starting out, Eric thought that he needed to be the expert on the facts associated to his company.
This presented three problems:
1.	There would still be questions that stumped him.
2.	 Most of his prospects knew he wasn’t the expert.
3.	 Even if he was successful at being an expert, the other distributors in his organization
didn’t necessarily have the same drive to learn.
What he discovered from the pros was that they never made themselves the issue and never
presented themselves as the expert. They acted as a consultant who connected the prospect
to tools, events, or other distributors to help them become educated. They used: tools instead
of their own wisdom, events instead of their own presentations, other distributors to give
the facts.
For Eric, the evolution of becoming a presenter went in several stages:
•• 	Learning his story.
•• 	Learning the standard opportunity presentation.
•• 	Learning different training presentations.
Here are three things to remember when presenting your product
or opportunity:
1.	 When you are prospecting, you are the messenger — not the message. Get yourself out
of the way and use a third-party tool.
2.	 Learn to tell your story in a way that will make your prospects curious to hear more.
3.	 When it comes to presenting in front of a group of people, preparation is key. When you’re
prepared, it’s fun.
In Network Marketing, it doesn’t matter what works.
It only matters what duplicates.

FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR PROSPECTS

In Network Marketing, they say the fortune is in the follow-up. You need to understand some
important concepts if you’re going to master this skill.
Concept 1: Follow-up is doing what you said you would do. People respect a person who
does what they say they’re going to do and values their own time.
Concept 2: The only reason to have an exposure is to set up the next exposure. The outcome
is to keep the process alive until they’ve made a decision.
Concept 3: It takes an average of four to six exposures for the average person to join. The goal
is education and understanding. It’s difficult to do that in one exposure. This builds a stronger
relationship with the prospect and strengthens the friendship, which helps build trust.
Concept 4: Condense the exposures for better results. People are busy. They’re constantly
distracted by life. It’s important to keep their interest and the best way is to stack the exposures
as close together as possible.
At every step in the recruiting process, you’ll come across questions and objections. Remember,
the goal is education, not to win an argument.
Objections fall into one of two categories:
1.	 First is the prospect’s limiting belief in their abilities. They aren’t sure they can be successful.
2.	 Second is a limiting belief in Network Marketing. They aren’t sure it will help them achieve
their goals in life.
For both categories, the best concept is empathy. You had the same doubts and fears and you
overcame them. Your story will do more for you in overcoming objections than anything else.
You can also use the old tactic called “Feel/Felt/Found.” When a prospect offers an objection,
you can respond with: “I know how you feel. I felt the same way. But here is what I found.”
All of this takes practice, but if you get the concepts down,
you’ll find it becomes easy.

Now that you’ve walked your prospect through the steps using these key skills, it’s your job
to guide them to a decision. The key to success in this area is a combination of good posture
and asking good questions. Good posture is the way you carry yourself. Your words and actions
will help your prospect feel more confident about joining your opportunity or they will plant
seeds of doubt.
A lack of desired results led Eric to once again turn to the professionals. This is what he discovered
they were doing to guide prospects to a decision:
First, they are emotionally detached from the outcome. Since their goal is education
and understanding while helping a prospect make a decision that would positively impact
their lives, they are the opposite of needy.
Second, they are assumptive in their approach. They expect the person to join because their
belief that the opportunity would benefit the prospect is so strong. They are rock solid.
Third, they promote themselves as much as they promote the product or opportunity. They tell
the prospect, “You get ME! We have a great product and a great opportunity, but I’m going
to take this thing to the top and we can do it together.”
Fourth, they are always prepared. Always.
Fifth, they ask question after question, after question, and are great listeners. They act like
a consultant helping a person with a problem.
If you feel they are ready to get started, you can use the “Four Question Close:”
Question 1: “Based on what you’ve just seen, if you were to get started with this company
on a part-time basis, approximately how much would you expect to earn per month in order
to make this worth your time?”
Question 2: “Approximately how many hours could you commit each week to develop that
kind of income?”

Question 3: “How many months would you work those kind of hours in order to develop that
kind of income?”
Question 4: “If I could show you how to develop an income of (their answer to Question 1)
per month, working (their answer to Question 2) hours a week over a course of (their answer

Professionals in Network Marketing set proper expectations, they help get some quick results,
and then continue to guide the new distributor through the many phases of our profession.
Eric had an early mentor, Michael Nelson, who was skilled at guiding new distributors and
had a lot of experience in Network Marketing. He modeled Michael, using a Game Plan
Interview (abridged as GPI), which was comprised of five parts.
GPI Part One: Validating their decision to become a distributor. “Congratulations
on making the decision. I’m proud of you for taking charge of your life. From now on, things
are going to be different for you and your family.”
GPI Part Two: Setting their expectations. Michael always said these same three things:
“If you succeed in this business, it’s going to be you who creates that success, not me.
And, if you fail in this business, it’s going to be you who creates that failure, not me. You are
going to be the difference between success or failure. I’m here to guide you every step of the
way, but I can’t do it for you. I’m here to work with you, not for you.”
GPI Part Three: Create and go through a getting-started checklist that could
include:
1.	 Make sure your new distributor is set up with appropriate products.
2.	 Make sure your new distributor is set up with appropriate tools.
3.	 Make sure your new distributor gets connected.
4.	 Make sure your new distributor has a basic understanding of the compensation plan.
5.	 Make sure your new distributor has a fundamental understanding of how to properly
invite their prospects to understand more about what they have to offer.
GPI Part Four: Create a game plan to get through the first few ranks and challenge
them to do it quickly.
GPI Part Five: End by giving some specific assignments. New distributors crave
direction and they respond incredibly well to simple assignments. Be sure to provide a deadline
for each assignment.

In Network Marketing, meetings make money. Technology can help us connect with people
in ways that are becoming more and more efficient, but nothing replaces face-to-face interaction.
Meeting one-on-one, in small groups or at local or bigger events will have a huge impact
on the long-term success of any Network Marketing organization.
The most powerful is a destination event, where most of the attendees travel to a different
destination city, stay at a hotel, and participate in a conference or convention. There’s something
magical about getting away from your day-to-day grind, focusing on your dreams, and doing
it in total immersion. You also receive incredible validation of your decision to be involved,
known as social proof. There is also a sense of community. The more people from your group
who attend events, the more money you’re going to make in our profession.
There are steps in developing a culture that promotes attendance at destination events:
Step One: Personally be more committed than anyone else attending. And help others make
the same decision. That means leading by example and never miss a destination event.
Step Two: Grow the number of people on your team that attend with you. Make the event
a priority and be relentless in your message. Tell stories that inspire people to action. And never
buy anyone’s excuse. Tell your story—don’t buy theirs.
A metaphor for this skill is thinking you are a publicly traded company and your stock value
is tied directly to how many people you have at each destination event. If that were the case,
you’d make it a priority to always have a bigger number at the next event, wouldn’t you?
You might start with just you but the goal needs to be to bring some people with you at the next
one, and to grow that number at the next and the next and the next.
There’s no such thing as a silver bullet in Network Marketing,
but this skill is as close as it gets.

FINDING PROSPECTS Go Pro Skill 1 PRESENTERS: ANGEL FLETCHER MARTENE WALLACE People looking at Network Marketing often believe if they know a lot of people, they’ll have lots of success. It sounds logical, but it’s just not true. There are three kinds of people in Network Marketing: 1. Posers: They make a mental list of three, four or five people they hope will join. 2. Amateurs: They make a written list of 100 prospects for example, and charge out there with a lot of excitement, but not a lot of skill. 3. Professionals: They approach finding people to talk to as one of their core skills. It is part of their job to find people. And they are committed to never stop adding to the list. To master this skill, follow these four simple steps: Step 1: Make your list as comprehensive as possible. Include EVERY person you can think of, whether you consider them a prospect or not. Step 2: Look at your list and think about the people they know — the second degree of separation. Think of your family, friends, the relationships in your life. Who do they know? Step 3: Constantly expand your list. Professionals call this an “Active Candidate List.” This list never stops growing. Step 4: Network on purpose. Get out there. Have some fun. Join a new gym. Volunteer for a cause that’s important to you. Find places and organizations where you can meet new people. Professionals develop a higher level of awareness. They pay attention to the world. They know they will be introduced to new people all the time.

INVITING PROSPECTS TO UNDERSTAND YOUR PRODUCT OR OPPORTUNITY Go Pro Skill 2 PRESENTERS: DONNA JOHNSON SUSAN SLY Learning how to properly invite prospects to find out more about your product or opportunity is by far the most critical skill to develop. In the beginning, Eric was a hunter. Everyone around him felt hunted and started to avoid him. People who joined tried to replicate what he was doing, failed and then quit. He decided to study successful people in MLM and found they were more like farmers vs. hunters. They built relationships and friendships. They learned how to build trust with people they met and were able to skillfully transfer the belief they had about their products and opportunity. Instead of acting like sharks, they were more like coaches and consultants. When the timing was appropriate, they just invited people to do one of two things, based on the individual prospect’s situation. First was to invite people to attend some sort of event, whether it was a one-on-one or a large company event or convention. Second was to invite people to review some sort of tool, whether it be CDs, DVDs, magazines, brochures, websites or online presentations. When inviting, there are Four Basic Rules: Rule One: You must emotionally detach yourself from the outcome. Rule Two: Be yourself. Rule Three: Bring some passion. Enthusiasm is contagious. Rule Four: Have a strong posture.

This presented three problems: 1. There would still be questions that stumped him. 2. Most of his prospects knew he wasn’t the expert. 3. Even if he was successful at being an expert, the other distributors in his organization didn’t necessarily have the same drive to learn. What he discovered from the pros was that they never made themselves the issue and never presented themselves as the expert. They acted as a consultant who connected the prospect to tools, events, or other distributors to help them become educated. They used: tools instead of their own wisdom, events instead of their own presentations, other distributors to give the facts. For Eric, the evolution of becoming a presenter went in several stages: •• Learning his story. •• Learning the standard opportunity presentation. •• Learning different training presentations. Here are three things to remember when presenting your product or opportunity: 1. When you are prospecting, you are the messenger — not the message. Get yourself out of the way and use a third-party tool. 2. Learn to tell your story in a way that will make your prospects curious to hear more. 3. When it comes to presenting in front of a group of people, preparation is key. When you’re prepared, it’s fun. In Network Marketing, it doesn’t matter what works. It only matters what duplicates.

You need to understand some important concepts if you’re going to master this skill. Concept 1: Follow-up is doing what you said you would do. People respect a person who does what they say they’re going to do and values their own time. Concept 2: The only reason to have an exposure is to set up the next exposure. The outcome is to keep the process alive until they’ve made a decision. Concept 3: It takes an average of four to six exposures for the average person to join. The goal is education and understanding. It’s difficult to do that in one exposure. This builds a stronger relationship with the prospect and strengthens the friendship, which helps build trust. Concept 4: Condense the exposures for better results. People are busy. They’re constantly distracted by life. It’s important to keep their interest and the best way is to stack the exposures as close together as possible. At every step in the recruiting process, you’ll come across questions and objections. Remember, the goal is education, not to win an argument. Objections fall into one of two categories: 1. First is the prospect’s limiting belief in their abilities. They aren’t sure they can be successful. 2. Second is a limiting belief in Network Marketing. They aren’t sure it will help them achieve their goals in life. For both categories, the best concept is empathy. You had the same doubts and fears and you overcame them. Your story will do more for you in overcoming objections than anything else. You can also use the old tactic called “Feel/Felt/Found.” When a prospect offers an objection, you can respond with: “I know how you feel. I felt the same way. But here is what I found.” All of this takes practice, but if you get the concepts down, you’ll find it becomes easy.

HELPING YOUR PROSPECT BECOME CUSTOMERS OR DISTRIBUTORS Go Pro Skill 5 PRESENTERS: RACHEL JACKSON BRI RICHARDSON Now that you’ve walked your prospect through the steps using these key skills, it’s your job to guide them to a decision. The key to success in this area is a combination of good posture and asking good questions. Good posture is the way you carry yourself. Your words and actions will help your prospect feel more confident about joining your opportunity or they will plant seeds of doubt. A lack of desired results led Eric to once again turn to the professionals. This is what he discovered they were doing to guide prospects to a decision: First, they are emotionally detached from the outcome. Since their goal is education and understanding while helping a prospect make a decision that would positively impact their lives, they are the opposite of needy. Second, they are assumptive in their approach. They expect the person to join because their belief that the opportunity would benefit the prospect is so strong. They are rock solid. Third, they promote themselves as much as they promote the product or opportunity. They tell the prospect, “You get ME! We have a great product and a great opportunity, but I’m going to take this thing to the top and we can do it together.” Fourth, they are always prepared. Always. Fifth, they ask question after question, after question, and are great listeners. They act like a consultant helping a person with a problem. If you feel they are ready to get started, you can use the “Four Question Close:” Question 1: “Based on what you’ve just seen, if you were to get started with this company on a part-time basis, approximately how much would you expect to earn per month in order to make this worth your time?” Question 2: “Approximately how many hours could you commit each week to develop that kind of income?”

Eric had an early mentor, Michael Nelson, who was skilled at guiding new distributors and had a lot of experience in Network Marketing. He modeled Michael, using a Game Plan Interview (abridged as GPI), which was comprised of five parts. GPI Part One: Validating their decision to become a distributor. “Congratulations on making the decision. I’m proud of you for taking charge of your life. From now on, things are going to be different for you and your family.” GPI Part Two: Setting their expectations. Michael always said these same three things: “If you succeed in this business, it’s going to be you who creates that success, not me. And, if you fail in this business, it’s going to be you who creates that failure, not me. You are going to be the difference between success or failure. I’m here to guide you every step of the way, but I can’t do it for you. I’m here to work with you, not for you.” GPI Part Three: Create and go through a getting-started checklist that could include: 1. Make sure your new distributor is set up with appropriate products. 2. Make sure your new distributor is set up with appropriate tools. 3. Make sure your new distributor gets connected. 4. Make sure your new distributor has a basic understanding of the compensation plan. 5. Make sure your new distributor has a fundamental understanding of how to properly invite their prospects to understand more about what they have to offer. GPI Part Four: Create a game plan to get through the first few ranks and challenge them to do it quickly. GPI Part Five: End by giving some specific assignments. New distributors crave direction and they respond incredibly well to simple assignments. Be sure to provide a deadline for each assignment.

Technology can help us connect with people in ways that are becoming more and more efficient, but nothing replaces face-to-face interaction. Meeting one-on-one, in small groups or at local or bigger events will have a huge impact on the long-term success of any Network Marketing organization. The most powerful is a destination event, where most of the attendees travel to a different destination city, stay at a hotel, and participate in a conference or convention. There’s something magical about getting away from your day-to-day grind, focusing on your dreams, and doing it in total immersion. You also receive incredible validation of your decision to be involved, known as social proof. There is also a sense of community. The more people from your group who attend events, the more money you’re going to make in our profession. There are steps in developing a culture that promotes attendance at destination events: Step One: Personally be more committed than anyone else attending. And help others make the same decision. That means leading by example and never miss a destination event. Step Two: Grow the number of people on your team that attend with you. Make the event a priority and be relentless in your message. Tell stories that inspire people to action. And never buy anyone’s excuse. Tell your story—don’t buy theirs. A metaphor for this skill is thinking you are a publicly traded company and your stock value is tied directly to how many people you have at each destination event. If that were the case, you’d make it a priority to always have a bigger number at the next event, wouldn’t you? You might start with just you but the goal needs to be to bring some people with you at the next one, and to grow that number at the next and the next and the next. There’s no such thing as a silver bullet in Network Marketing, but this skill is as close as it gets.
