The Learning outcomes to be assessed in two part assignment.
1. Resource Pack
Answer all questions in all sections of the resource pack, which must address learning
outcomes 1-4.
2. Presentation:
Identify and evaluate how diversity and equality of
opportunity are built into students’ own teaching and
institutional practice.

• Discuss the wider concept of professionalism and core
professional values for teachers in the lifelong learning sector.
• Analyse key issues in relation to professional conduct and
accountability in the lifelong learning sector.
• Apply principles of evaluation, quality assurance and quality
