Pakistani dishes are known for having spicy
flavours, and some dishes often contain liberal
amounts of oil which contributes toaricher flavour.
Cumin seeds,chilli powder, turmeric, GaramMasala is
avery popular blend of spicesused in many Pakistani
dishes.
