7. And I will put enmity Between you and the
woman, And between your seed and her
seed; He shall bruise you on the head,
And you shall bruise Him on the heel."
8. Now the promises were spoken to Abraham
and to his Seed. He does not say, "And to
seeds," as referring to many, but rather to
one, "And to your seed," that is, Christ.
9. JOHN 1:1-4 (NLT)
1 In the beginning the Word already existed.
The Word was with God, and the Word was
God.
2 He existed in the beginning with God.
3 God created everything through Him, and
nothing was created except through him.
4 The Word gave life to everything that was
created, and His life brought light to everyone.
10. JOHN 1:14
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt
among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of
the only begotten from the Father, full of
grace and truth.
11. JOHN 1:17
For the law was given through Moses,
but God’s unfailing love and faithfulness came
through Jesus Christ.
12. JOHN 1:1-4 (NLT)
1 In the beginning the Word already existed.
The Word (Jesus) was with God, and the Word
(Jesus) was God.
2 He existed in the beginning with God.
3 God created everything through Him, and
nothing was created except through him.
4 The Word (Jesus) gave life to everything that
was created, and His life brought light to
everyone.
13. JOHN 1:14
And the Word (Jesus) became flesh, and
dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory
as of the only begotten from the Father, full of
grace and truth.
15. 18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows:
when His mother Mary had been betrothed to
Joseph, before they came together she
was found to be with Child by the Holy Spirit.
19 And Joseph her husband, being a righteous
man and not wanting to disgrace her,
planned to send her away secretly.
16. But when he had considered this, behold, an
angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream,
saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid
to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who
has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.
17. 21 She will bear a Son; and you shall call
His name JESUS, for He will save His
people from their sins.
22 Now all this took place to fulfill what
was spoken by the Lord through the
prophet.
18. “BEHOLD, THE VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD AND
SHALL BEAR A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS
NAME IMMANUEL,” which translated
means, “GOD WITH US.”
19. The next day, John saw Jesus coming toward
him and said: Here is the Lamb of God who
takes away the sin of the world!
20. and if Christ has not been raised, then
our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain.
21. 16 I will ask the Father, and He will give you another
Helper, that He may be with you forever;
17 that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot
receive, because it does not see Him or know
Him, but you know Him because He abides with
you and will be in you.
18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to
you. 19 After a little while the world will no longer
see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will
live also.
22. 8 That night there were shepherds staying in
the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of
sheep.
9 Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared
among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s
glory surrounded them. They were terrified,
10 but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be
afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that
will bring great joy to all people.
23. 11 The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—
has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of
David! 12 And you will recognize Him by this
sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in
strips of cloth, lying in a manger.”
13 Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast
host of others—the armies of heaven—
praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace
on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”
24.
25. Christ is the Incarnation of God! And
Christ also Incarnate in our hearts.
26. The thief comes only to steal and kill and
destroy. I came that they may have life,
and have it abundantly.
27. Jesus is the greatest gift that God
has given to the mankind.
