Because the SPOCS syndication modules will syndicate information about egovernmental services across MS, he will find information on the egovernmental services he then needs in his own country to fullfil the requirements of his application in Austria and which equivalent documents he can use from his home country.
08-09-10 08-09-10 We did a lot of research into the possible solutions that where out there
08-09-10 08-09-10 1We will also syndicate semantic description these semantical description will be in the RDF/XML together with wp 5 2 3
08-09-10 08-09-10 Information on eGov Services and Documents can be exchanged and used between MS. The SP can use the metadata search box (if implemented) and find the services he needs cross PSC The SP knows which national document he needs to comply with foreign procedures (document equivalence) We build upon the results from SDshare implementation Atomico Information on eGov Services and Documents can be exchanged and used between MS. 08-09-10 08-09-10 Connection between WP1 and WP4 WP4 realizes the directory to browse through. WP1 takes care of how to find that specific directory from another place. we all agreed upon a model where a MIDB (metadata information database) collects all the information available from the national Service Directories available at the PSC. Every country links to every country to do this, so there is no central HUB model. Also WP1 and WP4 provide for a mechanism that establishesh semantical equivalence between documents and a search mechanism that allows a PSC to search the information in another PSC so you know which document is equivalent in your own country and can be directed to the apropriate page and information where to get it Syndication modules (to be supplied by WP1) : these modules publish semantic descriptions on eGovernment services from one member state, and consume similar descriptions from other member states. These modules use the SDShare protocol with RDF/XML as format for the semantic descriptions. Sections 9 and 19 contain use case descriptions for these modules. Syndication Interface module (to be supplied by WP4) : these modules enable access to the information stored in the Meta Information Data Base (MIDB). WP4 MIDB module (to be supplied by WP4) : this module stores a well-defined model with information on a member state's eGovernment services. The model is specified in Deliverable 4.2. It is the responsibility of the member state to ensure that the MIDB is coupled to the information in the member state's service catalogues and eServices directories. WP4 Transformation module (to be supplied by WP4) : this module transforms data from a member state's service catalogue and eServices directory to the MIDB.
08-09-10 08-09-10 S yndication describes the mechanisms that are put in place to supply PSCs with all necessary meta-data on available licences, procedures and other relevant information available from competent authorities. it is our Vision of SPOCS to achieve a standard for enabling cross-border meta-data searches.
