SMiLE is an internal social media and collaboration platform used by organizations. It analyzes organizations based on two criteria: functionality of the internal social media platform and level of collaboration facilitated by the platform. The document shows the results in a chart, with various companies and organizations positioned based on how they scored in these two areas. Some scored high in functionality but low in collaboration, and vice versa, with most falling somewhere in the middle.
