Today organization's way to view and pay their employees is
changed. The thought of traditional "cost of doing business"
concept is moved away. Successful businesses develop creative
ideas and programs to guide and train employees to focus on
improving business strategy, performance and reward them for
their contributions. Unfortunately many organizations and
employees are still not ready to accept new techniques to make
changes into what existing.
To bring change into work culture and productivity. the
employees contribution is must and employees should
participate actively in the process. But many times the picture at
the workplace is something different which management fails to
understand. The traditional way of working affects the best
employees to explore their talent which results into
dissatisfaction or discouragement. Although they may not leave
the organization
but the activeness creativity and interest is lost.
If this continues it may result into low productivity,
degradation,
lack of efficiency and most important the lack interest in the
job role which leads to attrition. Here point comes is really
require to make any change? Is it need to identify the talent
of best employees? And how successfully it can be done?
Solving these questions can answer both, to retain the best
employees and by following new techniques and
encouraging best employee's talent develop and grow the
outcomes and productivity of the organization.

potential resources is the way
to know how they react
towards each organizational
activity. As we always try to
retain best employees, it
becomes important to us to
know how they look towards
any change or what will be
the best way to implement
something. Discussing plans
and goals with them make
them feel bit more
experienced and pleasure that
organization considers their
valuable ideas and opinions.
COMMUNICATE
Today's workforce looks for flexibility on the job. The best
employees are; who always work efficiently, result oriented and
flexible to work any time and any where and obviously due to this
qualities only we try to retain them. Allowing efficient employees
to work in flexible time or give a flexible workplace will not at all
affect the results or tasks given to achieve. Flexible working hours
are now becoming a common tool to attract new and retain
existing employees.

Showing genuine appreciation is simple to feel good the employee for
his work performance. Appreciation is the strongest tool to motivate the
employee to keep consistent their performance towards organization.
There are some ways to show the appreciation saying "thanks for doing
a good job", "we highly appreciate you", "you have done a great job",
can encourage employees to do better their job.
APPRECIATION
Reward the employees timely for their hard work. Rewards are not always
in the monetary terms but the facilities, amenities or leverage can also
work. It can be low cost and high impact strategy as a compensation
package. Employee who perform outstanding should receive special
rewards. It can be in the form of organizing dinner party for his family,
sponsoring 2 days on picnic, give donation in an employee's name to any
charity, organizing a small fun party to celebrate his success any many
more things to do. This small things impacts largely on the employee's
point of view.

Explain clear performance metrics and provide regular
feedback
Establish a defined measure to evaluate the employee's participation and
contribution in achieving business goals. Review the performance on
regular basis and acknowledge them for their good work. Performance
reviews is good opportunity to discuss their further goals and obtain
input from them on involvement for organizational and personal
development as well.
Following these measures can definitely be observed by employees and
will help them to come up with fresh ideas, motives to make work nature
more interesting and the organizational motive to retain employees can
automatically get fulfill.
