Information & Digital Strategy - Plan
• Identify key business issues and opportunities to be
addressed through strategic interventions in ICT;
• Develop the business and industry context that would
permit the development of an informed ICT investment
roadmap;
• Provide direction to the business that would allow
innovation and development within the agreed strategic
direction.
• Discovery process to elicit key documents, decisions
and directions from the department, government,
partners, clients and industry to establish the context for
the strategy;
• Consultation with senior stakeholders to gather issues
and intelligence;
• Summarise issues and opportunities, draft
recommendations and discuss with ISC;
• Finalise digital strategy and circulate.
