2. Title: STP Design and Attacks
Abstract:
The project understands the design and architecture of the spanning tree protocol with a
packet analysis of STP protocol with wireshark. The different types of attacks which are
targeted on a network on which STP is deployed, mitigation techniques and methods to

Title: IPSEC VPN Network design for remote users
Abstract:
An organization is planning to design an IPSec VPN network for it’s employees to access
organization resources. The employees must be able to access the resources from any
location across the world. The network infrastructure requirements for this purpose like
VPN appliances and software needs to be identified. The management would like to

methodology which would include additional requirements like public ip addresses,
changes to be made on the perimeter router for allowing the VPN traffic and other
additional requirements to make the solution work.
