3. In June of 2015, the National Association of
Manufacturers (NAM) hosts its annual
Manufacturing Summit in Washington, DC.
The two-day event kicks off on June 2nd at
the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and gives
attendees direct access to legislators to
discuss issues and policies impacting the
manufacturing industry. A predominant
portion of the summit involves lobbying
visits, with luncheons and keynote
addresses scheduled each day.
4. The event, sponsored by Ecolab, is open to
NAM members and nonmembers. Access
to all summit activities requires a registration
fee of $395 for NAM members and $495 for
nonmembers. An a la carte option is also
available, which allows guests to select
events they are only interested or able to
attend, such as the congressional
