About 5 years ago I got certified in Smartcloud migrations I am also a certified project manager and the principal of Divergent Solutions. My passions are finding creative solutions to impossible problems And whitewater kayaking.
- Is anybody an expert in SmartCloud? Anybody using SmartCloud Notes? Planning on using SC Notes? Then why are you here? If youâre planning on taking a nap, that isnât going to happen.
- Moving this to the cloud does not solve your problems. It just makes them harder to manage.
- Not meaning to embarrass anyoneâŠmuch⊠Who still has old mail servers? There is a vulnerability here: O365. Donât run old software. And that is why we move to the cloud.

- You are responsible for everything above the line. IBM handles everything below the line. The Red area is the Internet. There are numerous combinations of options for adding redundancy, but for the sake of this presentation, Iâm just showing the minimal requirements.
- Servers 1 & 2 can be the same server What defines a domain? â common primary address book Servers 4 & 5 are built after environment is live
- Servers 1 & 2 can be the same server Servers 5 & 6 are built after environment is live Who feels you already meet all of these requirements? #1 is the tougest

- MISSION 3: Passthru Server Separate domain, but same certifier WHAT DEFINES A DOMAIN? Like crossing the Canadian border vs Mexican border â just a bit less hassle.
- MISSION 3: Mail Server Base Name Donât hurt yourself thinking about a base name. Make it different from on site servers

- Notes app automatically opens after download and Automatically launches pre-config
