Competences (Distinctive Capabilities). Compare the organization with its
competitors and comment on the strategy implications.

What is an organization's value chain? How does it feature in relation to an
organization's competitive advantage?

What do you think is a manager's role in linking resources and capabilities to

What do you think is the relationship between strategy formulation and

What constitutes the external context of strategy? How do you think
