5. “Individual development” Lewin was interested in people individually instead of in a group. Lewin also proposed a basic state of equilibrium between the person and the environment. Lewin promoted sensitivity training for educators and parents to reduce conflicts. Lewin focused mainly on social problems that affect how a person lives and works.
