Literacy and Numeracy
Community Training Australia recognises that there may be occasion when a learner needs assistance
to improve his/her literacy skills. CTA is committed to ensuring equality for all our students.
LLN Tests are provided to students to complete and return before enrolment is accepted.
Students are asked to inform CTA of need for additional assistance where appropriate. Any requests
for assistance from learners are to be referred to the Director or representative.
Under these circumstances CTA will undertake to locate and direct the learner to an appropriate
literacy and/or numeracy support program.
